When do you ever get a solid run at a good night’s sleep?

By the time the kids are finally over with the peeing the bed, they are coming in later at night, work is stressing us out or the peri-menopause is making us sweat through the whole night.

Sleep is not easy to come by.

Contrary to what popular belief might be that alcohol helps you to relax… alcohol can make sleep harder meaning even when you get a chance to sleep… you might still be part of the wide awake club.

This short interactive workshop you will begin to understand the effects alcohol has on your sleep so you can make sense of those times you sprung up wide awake at 2 am, as well as why you feel so damn tired and fed up the next day, even if it was only a glass or two of wine.

We will share the science behind this (using simple language, as believe me, we are no scientists) so you can make your own decision about whether a shitty glass of wine is even worth it.

We will blow up the longstanding lie and myth that alcohol helps you fall asleep so you start to recognise this as yet another lie we have been told by alcohol and we will help you see what taking a break from alcohol can do to your sleep, your energy, your mood, your whole God damn life!

Sleep is the cornerstone to you being you! Without it you are just dragging yourself along barely even existing. With good sleep you can go from surviving to thriving and you’ll start to feel energised and motivated and living life. You might even feel a totally improved version of you.
