Terms of Service
The coaching relationship is bound by the principles of confidentiality set forth in the ICF code of Ethics.
You, the client, are solely responsible for creating and implementing your own physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, decisions, choices, actions and results arising out of or resulting from the coaching relationship.
You, the client, agree that the coach is not and will not be, liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the coach.
You, the client, acknowledge that coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve different areas of your life, including work, finances, health, relationships, education and recreation. You agree that deciding how to handle these issues, incorporate coaching principles into these areas and implementing choices is exclusively your responsibility.
You, the client, understand that coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders and that coaching is not to be used as a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, substance abuse treatment or other professional advice by legal, medical or other qualified professional guidance as needed. If you are currently under the care of a mental health professional it is recommended that you promptly inform the mental health care provider of the nature and extent of the coaching relationship agreed upon by the client and coach.
Payment Terms and Conditions
2 month Alcohol Free Experience
A payment of £99 will be paid up front and covers the whole 2 month alcohol free challenge.
Our-circle membership
Ongoing membership to our-circle is charged on a rolling fee of £19.99 per month. This can be cancelled at any time, however all access to material and membership groups will be automatically ceased.
You can join the membership without having participated in the alcohol free experience.
Bespoke 121 coaching sessions
To ensure we can reserve your session time and be fully prepared to support you, full payment is required before coaching sessions are scheduled.
An initial complimentary chemistry session will be offered to ensure we are the right fit. Following this, full payment is required prior to embarking on any agreed coaching sessions.
All individual coaching sessions must be paid in full before the first scheduled session.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
MORE – 1:1 Coaching Programme (8 Weeks)
Investment Options:
- Pay in Full: £800
- Payment Plan: 2 payments of £400
Full payment (or the first instalment if using the payment plan) must be received before coaching sessions are scheduled.
If choosing the payment plan, the second payment of £400 must be received before the end of the first four weeks of the programme to ensure continuity of services.
Cooling-Off Period & Refunds:
A 14-day cooling-off period applies from the date of purchase.
- A full refund will be provided if you decide not to proceed and no coaching services have been received within this period.
- If coaching sessions or services have commenced within the 14-day period, a partial refund may be issued, calculated proportionately to reflect any sessions, support, or services already delivered.
After the 14-day cooling-off period, all payments are non-refundable.
